With over 50 years of combined experience from around the world, our team has worked endlessly to create a locally-driven, community-focused, creative hotspot for sustainable impact in South Texas through fun, unique, and uncommon food & beverage. We believe in embracing "uncommonness" as a way bringing people together. Food and beverage is the cultural denominator everywhere!

We are uncommon epicureans who curate experiences, inspired by travels to 90 countries. Ranging from the best coffee in Beeville to farm-to-table community experiences (Uncommon Table) and from wine events to global food competitions, we are bringing people together for artisan experiences in their own local backyards.

Communities matter first to us because they are part of our uncommon family. Over the years with our partners (locally to internationally), we have implemented 10 community programs in the areas of healthcare, education, economic livelihood, and environment. It is all about making a positive difference.
